On October 23rd, 2024, we marked a significant milestone in the conservation of the endangered African penguin, a species on the brink of extinction. In collaboration with our esteemed partners at the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources (MFMR) and AZA SAFE African Penguin, the dedicated team at NAMCOB successfully deployed and installed 25 artificial nest boxes on the shores of Possession Island in L?deritz, Namibia.
